Who we are

Dream It Get IT Limited ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data we collect through this website, dreamitget.it. For questions about this policy or your data, email contact@dreamitget.it.

The data we collect

• When you use the contact form: your name, your email address and your message.
• When you email us: your email address, the content of your email and any details you give us.
• When you visit the website: technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. Our hosting and security providers process this data to deliver the website and to protect it from abuse.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not collect special category data. Please do not send it to us through the form.

How we use your data, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and to arrange a call. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.
• To provide our services, if you become a client. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep the website secure and to stop spam. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in protecting the website and our inbox.
• To keep business and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal or similar effect on you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers. They process data for us, under contract, and only as we instruct:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the contact form. We also use your IP address to limit how many forms one visitor can send in a short time.
• Resend delivers the contact form to our inbox as an email.
• Our email provider stores the emails we send and receive.
• Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts. Your browser gets the fonts from Google, and this shares your IP address with Google.

We can also share data with professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, or when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. When this occurs, we make sure that a lawful safeguard applies, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement, then for 6 years, to meet tax and legal obligations.
• Technical data at our providers: for the short periods that their security and service logs need.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. If you choose day or night mode, your browser stores that choice (as "theme" in local storage) so that the website remembers it. This data stays on your device and we do not receive it. Cloudflare Turnstile can use strictly necessary storage to do its security check. You can clear all of this data in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to:

• get a copy of your personal data;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your data;
• ask us to restrict how we use your data;
• object to how we use your data when we rely on legitimate interests;
• get your data in a portable format.

To use these rights, email contact@dreamitget.it. We reply within one month. There is usually no fee.
